राजनीतिक मजबूरियों के कारण सरकारें देश में विभिन्न जातियों, धर्मों और क्षेत्रों के गरीबों एवं दलितों की दशा में सुधार का दिखावा करने के लिए सैकड़ों आयोगों का गठन और उनकी रिपोर्टों पर कार्य करती रहेंगी, लेकिन इसके वांछित परिणाम नहीं मिलने वाले। समस्या कहीं और है, समस्या भ्रष्टाचार है और यदि इसकी रोकथाम न की गई तो सभी प्रयास बेकार हैं।

‘अपनी योजना के तहत 24 फरवरी को हमने कई लोगों को बुलाया और उन्हें बताया कि कैसे पत्थर, पेट्रोल बम और एसिड बोतल फेंकने हैं। मैंने अपने परिवार को दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट कर दिया। 24 फरवरी, 2020 को दोपहर करीब 1.30 बजे हमने पत्थर फेंकना शुरू कर दिया।’
आम आदमी पार्टी से निलंबित पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन के इस बयान को सुनकर वे लोग चौंक सकते हैं जो आम आदमी पार्टी के चरित्र से परीचित नहीं हो। आम आदमी पार्टी ने मसजिदों और मदरसों के अपने अच्छे नेटवर्क और ताहिर हुसैन अमानतुल्ला खान जैसे नेताओं के दम पर ही पूरी दिल्ली के एकएक मुसलमान का वोट हासिल कर लिया था। जिसके बदले में मानों उत्तरपूर्वी दिल्ली को आग में झोंक देने का लाइसेंस समुदाय विशेष को दे दिया था।
अब जब उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली में हुए दंगों पर चार्जशीट दिल्ली पुलिस तैयार कर चुकी है। उसके बाद 23 फरवरी को मौजपुर से भड़के हिंदू विरोधी दंगों को याद करते हुए, जाफराबाद, मौजपुर, बाबरपुर, गोकुलपुरी, करावल नगर, भजनपुरा, यमुना विहार में आग की तरह फैली उस हिंसा को सी.ए.ए. के प्रदर्शन के दौरान हुई हिंसा से अलग करके देखना भूल होगी। शाहीन बाग, जामिया नगर, सीलमपुर में सी.ए.ए. के विरोध में फैलाई गई हिंसा, वास्तव में बड़े दंगे का पूर्वाभ्यास ही थी। जिस बड़े दंगे को उत्तरपूर्वी दिल्ली में अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के आगमन पर 23-26 फरवरी, 2020 तक अंजाम दिया गया।
इस हिंसा के लिए 4 फरवरी से ही कई घरों में कबाड़ी से शराब और कोल्ड ड्रिंक की खाली बोतलें, पत्थर लेकर छत पर इकट्ठा करना शुरू कर दिया गया था। मुस्लिम समुदाय ने अपनी गाडि़यों में फुल पेट्रोल, डीजल भरकर रख लिया था ताकि बोतलों में पेट्रोल डीजल भरकर बम की तरह उसे वक्त आने पर इस्तेमाल किया जा सके।
मुस्लिम परिवारों में ऐसे परचे दंगों से पहले बाँट दिए गए जिसमें दंगों की स्थिति में हिंदूओं से निपटने की तरकीब लिखी गई थी। इन सारी बातों को देखने के बाद यह समझना कोई रॉकेट साइंस नहीं है कि उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली में होनेवाले दंगों के लिए यमुना पार का मुस्लिम समुदाय पहले से तैयार था। जबकि हिंदूओं को इससे सँभलने का बिलकुल मौका नहीं मिला।
अब धीरे-धीरे दिल्ली दंगों की साजिश का सच सामने आ रहा है, जिसकी वजह से वामपंथी इको सिस्टम का झूठ चल नहीं पा रहा।SKU: n/a -

The Truth of Delhi Riots is Unearthing Gradually
“As per our plan, on February 24 we called several people and told them how stones, petrol bombs and acid bottles are to be thrown. I shifted my family to another place. At about 1.30 p.m. in the afternoon on February 24 we began pelting stones.”
Only those who are not familiar with the real face of the Aam Aadmi Party will be surprised or shocked by the above statements made by the now expelled counsellor Tahir Hussain. The Aam Aadmi Party used its network of people associated with mosques and madarsas and relied on leaders such as Tahir Hussain and Amanat Ulla Khan to bag the Muslim votes in Delhi. In return for the votes, it seems that the party gave the license to a specific community to consign north east Delhi to flames.
Now that the chargesheet has been finalised by the Delhi Police about the riots that took place in East Delhi, it will be a fallacy to disassociate the riots that took place in places such as Jafrabad, Maujpur, Babarpur, Gokul Puri, Karawal Nagar, Bhajanpura, Yamuna Vihar from the violence that took place during the anti-CAA protests.
The violence that occurred during the anti-CAA protests in places such as Shaheen Bagh, Jamia Nagar, Seelampur were actually the precursor to a big riot.
The riot that took place in the north-east parts of Delhi during US President Donald Trump’s visit from February 23-26, 2020. For the violence that was orchestrated during these riots, the work of collecting empty bottles, stones and storing these on rooftops of houses had begun on February 4. Many people of the Muslim community had filled petrol in their vehicles so that this fuel could later be used for making petrol bombs. In many Muslim families, pamphlets about such riots were distributed with instructions on how to deal with Hindus. It is not rocket science to understand that the Muslim community was already prepared for the riots that broke out in north-east Delhi. Hindus did not get a chance to get their act together. Slowly the conspiracy behind the riots is unraveling and the lies perpetrated by the Communist ecosystem are falling flat.SKU: n/a -

Amethi has long been perhaps India’s highest profile constituency. इस पुस्तक के पृष्ठों में आपातस्थिति के अँधेरे में किए गए काले कारनामों और करतूतों का विवरण दिया गया है। हमारे देश के इतिहास में आपातकाल एक ऐसा कालखंड है, जिसकी कालिख काल की धार से भी धुलकर साफ नहीं हुई है। इस दौरान विपक्ष के प्रायः सभी प्रमुख नेताओं और हजारों नागरिकों को बिना मुकदमा चलाए जेल में डाल दिया गया था। इनमें करीब 250 पत्रकार भी थे। लोगों को अनेक ज्यादतियों और पुलिस जुल्म का सामना करना पड़ा था। अखबारों के समाचारों पर कठोर सेंसर लगा दिया गया था। यह इमरजेंसी का ब्रह्मास्त्र साबित हुआ। जो काम अंग्रेजों ने नहीं किया था, वह इंदिरा गांधी की सरकार ने कर दिखाया।
विडंबना यह कि करीब साढ़े चार दशक बाद आज की पीढ़ी को यह भरोसा नहीं हो पा रहा है कि लोकतांत्रिक भारत में जनता की आजादी के विरुद्ध ऐसा भी तख्तापलट हुआ, जिसका विरोध-प्रतिरोध करने वालों को इसे ‘आजादी की दूसरी लड़ाई’ की संज्ञा देनी पड़ी।
आपातकाल का काला अध्याय एक ऐसा विषय है, जिसपर देश-विभाजन की तरह अनेक पुस्तकें आनी चाहिए। स्वतंत्र राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों की दृष्टि में यह स्वतंत्र भारत की सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण घटना है। लोकशक्ति द्वारा लोकतंत्र को फिर पटरी पर ले आने की कहानी उन सबके लिए खास तौर पर पठनीय है, जिनका जन्म उस घटनाक्रम के बाद हुआ।
प्लेटो के विश्व प्रसिद्ध ‘रिपब्लिक’ ग्रंथ पर जो विशद विवेचन है उससे स्पष्ट है कि गणतंत्र को सबसे बड़ा खतरा भीतर से है, बाहर से नहीं। गणतंत्र सदैव अपने ही संक्रमण से पतित होता है।SKU: n/a -

इस पुस्तक के पृष्ठों में आपातस्थिति के अँधेरे में किए गए काले कारनामों और करतूतों का विवरण दिया गया है। हमारे देश के इतिहास में आपातकाल एक ऐसा कालखंड है, जिसकी कालिख काल की धार से भी धुलकर साफ नहीं हुई है। इस दौरान विपक्ष के प्रायः सभी प्रमुख नेताओं और हजारों नागरिकों को बिना मुकदमा चलाए जेल में डाल दिया गया था। इनमें करीब 250 पत्रकार भी थे। लोगों को अनेक ज्यादतियों और पुलिस जुल्म का सामना करना पड़ा था। अखबारों के समाचारों पर कठोर सेंसर लगा दिया गया था। यह इमरजेंसी का ब्रह्मास्त्र साबित हुआ। जो काम अंग्रेजों ने नहीं किया था, वह इंदिरा गांधी की सरकार ने कर दिखाया।
विडंबना यह कि करीब साढ़े चार दशक बाद आज की पीढ़ी को यह भरोसा नहीं हो पा रहा है कि लोकतांत्रिक भारत में जनता की आजादी के विरुद्ध ऐसा भी तख्तापलट हुआ, जिसका विरोध-प्रतिरोध करने वालों को इसे ‘आजादी की दूसरी लड़ाई’ की संज्ञा देनी पड़ी।
आपातकाल का काला अध्याय एक ऐसा विषय है, जिसपर देश-विभाजन की तरह अनेक पुस्तकें आनी चाहिए। स्वतंत्र राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों की दृष्टि में यह स्वतंत्र भारत की सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण घटना है। लोकशक्ति द्वारा लोकतंत्र को फिर पटरी पर ले आने की कहानी उन सबके लिए खास तौर पर पठनीय है, जिनका जन्म उस घटनाक्रम के बाद हुआ।
प्लेटो के विश्व प्रसिद्ध ‘रिपब्लिक’ ग्रंथ पर जो विशद विवेचन है उससे स्पष्ट है कि गणतंत्र को सबसे बड़ा खतरा भीतर से है, बाहर से नहीं। गणतंत्र सदैव अपने ही संक्रमण से पतित होता है।SKU: n/a -

In practice, however, this fundamental human right is frequently restricted through tactics that include censorship, restrictive press legislation, and harassment of journalists, bloggers and others who voice their opinions, as well as crackdowns on religious minorities and other suppression of religious freedom. In response to the growing problem, Freedom House is engaging in a multi-faceted Freedom of Expression Campaign to defend this critical right.

With Nehru botching up the only princely state he handled – namely, Jammu and Kashmir – Patel’s contribution in unifying more than 500 princely states in the Indian union becomes all the more laudable. However, this book goes beyond. “Had Sardar Patel been the first Prime Minister, the country would have been fully armed to defend herself, there could have been no danger from outside. By following the principles of patriotism, moral values and high character and discipline, there would have been no internal problem,” writes the author. And, like the case of Kashmir, in these matters too, Nehru’s conduct makes one wish all the more strongly that Sardar should have been the first Prime Minister of India.
